Employment Opportunities
The Bonaventure is managed by Intercity Investments (ICI) and employes over 40 full and part time employees.  These include managment, concierge, valet, courtesy attendant, maintenance, and housekeeping.   The average tenure of a Bonaventure employee is around 15 years, due to the wonderful work enviorment and excellent benefits.

Following a 90-introductory period, including on-site training, a full time employee is eligible to begin accruing paid vacation, holiday, personal and sick days.  All employees are eligible to particpate in an annual holiday gratuity fund distributed every December.   ICI offers an excellent group medical plan to full time employees and their family after successfully completing the introductory period and a very lucrative 401K plan to all employees after one-year of continuious employment.  All employees are given an annual review and are eligible for a merit increase based upon the review.
